Baking class ~At 19 Culinary Studio

Found this culinary studio through a friend's friend Lol~
Let me reveal today's menu to you ~
Apple Strudel & Hot Apple Cake with Caramel Pecan Sauce


Place we going to use for our baking class today ~ clean and everything arranged in an orderly way
 So excited huhu cant wait to start ~

First and foremost our instructor is a very friendly and cute person ~Baker Suraiya~too bad i didn't manage to take photo with her 
She guided us step by step and went around the class to give a helping hand.
She will demo once and told us all the important points before we do it ourselves.

 They already prepared all those needed ingredient for us ~Apples, sugar , eggs etc
It is so easy and save a lot of time 

 Another happy go lucky group ~  they are schoolmates 


 Peeling apples job was done by my teammate a korean girl who did this really well by using knife rather than peeler^^ she was doing it in fast pace and nothing goes wrong 
Waoh or maybe only i cant do that


 PINK Kitchen Aid ~obsessed to pink not only me my teammate too shouting we want the pink mixer

Done with the cake and it is time for the caramel pecan sauce ~suitable for people with "sweet tooth"
we mix in a lot of pecan thus enrich the texture and flavor of the sauce.The sauce were spread on top of the cake later. 


Next was Apple Strudel ~the skin of the strudel was extremely thin and for each layer we spread it on with butter, almond powder and brown sugar. So there will be a little bit fragrant of almond instead of just apple and raisin in it. 
 My group -mate looking serious preparing the apple strudel skin~


know your oven behaviour is one of the must ~love it like you love someone 
Heating my apple strudel ~ Cant wait to taste it ~Savored the aroma of baking strudel
you can put the strudel on a parchment paper to prevent it from sticking to the bottom of the tray ~



Masterpiece done !!! Golden and flaky crust filled with hot apple and raisin~ I would said this was a very palatable and luscious Apple strudel to me 
Kinda sweet *
can top with vanilla ice cream 

End with our group photo still looking fresh after 4 hours of washing chopping cooking briskly ~
The girl in the middle is a bride to be this coming few months i guess haha Congratulation to her and wish her stay sweet with her fiance~

A Pie Thing


The domain of Pies!!!
There are a wide range of pies that are available here 
-chicken with cheese
-chunky steak
-creamy spinach
-lamb
-mushroom
-lemon 
-blueberry cheese




Tea time ~perhaps early dinner 
Never underestimate the fullness given by a pie ~Lol


STEP 1 choose the pie you want 
STEP 2 think about diet and money 
STEP 3 choose the toppings you want
-mashed ptatoes
-mushy peas (I hate this but when i tried it out i barely can taste it so people who don't like peas no worries !!!)
-gravy




Of course as a fan of apple pie i ordered apple crumble (RM 9.90) ^^topped with ice cream ~mouth watering 
S'mores pie (RM9.90) comes with chocolate filling and mini spongy marshmallows!! The marshmallow were slightly roasted thus it melts all the way down to through your stomach~yippy

Something light ?? sandwich with tuna and ham ~very big portion though ~girls is time to share our food~
worth the money!! 
 The famous omuri rice ~Japanese curry suit people who love omelette~
besides- you can choose side dishes to add on such as fillet, chicken or vegetarian can go with mushroom too

Date with omuri rice today ~ other than main course they do offer a variety of japanese desserts~

 The ambient is very suitable for group of friends who want to do small talk~serenity environment and dim lightning which calm your mind.

RGB& The Bean Hive cafe~Brunch

Throwback last last saturday ~

waking up and sitting idly and it is already late morning

Time hunting for foods again .NGAW*


Introducing RGB cafe & The Bean Hive which is located at 

the heart of KL city. But it is totally different from what i 

imagine when i saw it. 




The cafe is transform form a white bungalow  which is very spacious. 



The ambience is cordial and relaxing~



Quite suitable for people who want to run away from hustle bustle city 
where is my food???
Went there with my affable companion haha my couz of course ~

Big breakfast ~scrambled egg with coconut milk their specialty
Rosti in the house ~swish dish
angel hair ~with side salad

The cafe are divided into two parts with and without air-conditioner~

For me i guess enhanced skincare absorption and deep clean is my main concern ~ I don't want my money gone wasted on skincare products without absorption!!!

Way to use this must make sure your skin is in wet condition. So I tried it during shower time ~ or you may want to use it during makeup removing section.

Very thoughtful designed with string attached given. You may take it off if you don't like it. I hang it at my toilet instead of leaving it and lost it one day ==

I tried it on my face during shower and turned out the effect was better than what i imagine ~

My first perception for this tools was- you know two triangle shape thingy with blade >< will it hurt my skin or give me a cut instead. -sweat-

Guess what ~Exfolimate totally impressed me!! "Thumbs up"
I used the face pieces and ran through my face especially my nose with a lot of blackhead. There goes the advantage of the edge designed ><




After using exfolimate I can feel that my skin was totally smoother than before !!
Just like after having facial section those silky smooth feeling ~ Love the smooth texture  * BLINK BLINK
From now on i can save more $$$ for shopping instead of going for facial treatment session~Hooray 

If use for long time it can improve our skin tone too ~ cant wait for the day to come haha

super love caramel pudding cake done!!!焦糖布丁蛋糕♥♥

want to eat cake since yesterday ~maybe addicted to my uncle's birthday cake lol
 so i decided to bake on my own~

getting ready with all the ingredients

important photo!!!! you need to bake the cake using water bath method



The upper layer is the pudding part and the lower part is sponge cake ~combination of both will be caramel pudding cake Lol


INGREDIENTS~
焦糖材料(caramel):細砂糖 caster sugar ~   100g
                                  熱水hot water~  30ml
 布丁材料(pudding):蛋 egg~  1個
                                牛奶 milk ~ 180ml
                                細砂糖 caster sugar~  1小匙
                                天然香草精 vanila essence  ~1/4小匙

戚風蛋糕材料( chiffon cake):蛋 egg~2個
                                           沙拉油cooking oil ~ 20ml
                                           牛奶 milk ~ 40ml
                                          低筋麵粉flour ~65g
                                          細砂糖 caster sugar~  20g和35g

METHOD
 1) prepare the caramel ingredients, melt the caster sugar and stir till yellowish then + water.
2) mix all the ingredient for pudding then put it aside.
3) separate the egg yolk and egg white for ingredient of chiffon cake.
4) A: beat egg yolk +cooking oil + milk + caster sugar + flour put it aside
5) B : beat egg white and caster sugar till white foaming form.
6) get ready with your oven with 200c 
7) pour the mixer layer by layer into the mould 
    1st layer caramel 
    2nd layer pudding
    3rd layer pour in the chiffon cake mixer
8) look back the important photo... you have to prepare a water bath for the mould with 3 layer of mixer before put it into the oven .
9) the water of the water bath have to be higher than the layer of caramel in the mould.
10) bake for 35 to 40 minutes!! 
you can use a smaller mould so that the cake will look thicker~~
i know its a bit complicated and i make it more complicated haha~anythg can leave me a comment .i wil try my best to reply^^
